    Woof! Woof! We've been very behind in our blog reading since we lost electricity last week ... Happy Happy Birthday! I can't have ice cream due to the dairy but on my post last Saturday I said when we lost power I ate all the popsicles. Mom did not take any photos but we are posting the recipe on Monday.
