hi every bloggie
On the trail again....
On the weekends, I hit the trails again.
It's been awhile but I went
back to the Mt Pisgah Conservation Area
Yeppers you heard right. I climbed a mountain.
It's not a big one but it had some steep climbs for sure.
Umm I don't have many fotos
because momma got a little lost on the trails.
We probably did the same loop a gazillion times and she was getting mad.
Plus I went off on a wild animal chase.... yah.
I was put on a string after that. sigh.
But we finally hit one of the summits
Here I am! Woo are suppose to be able to see Boston
from here. I couldn't..
In fact, if you haven't noticed, I feel like I'm in a fishbowl.
momma got a fun lense for her iPhone
from photojojo called fisheye.
Makes me seemed contained. Nice try.
Forget hills.. I'm king of the mountain!
Now I know why Shawnee the Shepherd
loves hiking mountains so much!
the 3rd annual Fright Week in the Paranorwood was announced.
Get your costume pics in for the grande finale pawrade!
Go to the site so you can get in on the best conga line ever!
That sounds like a great adventure!
ReplyDeleteWhy would she put you on a string for?
Chasing the animals is fun..
That's a nice bandana you have on! :d
xo

Great effects from that fish eye lens :-)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Norwood, I thought you were trapped in a giant bubble. I love chasing bubbles but got scardey when I saw you cause I thought maybe that's what happened when you caught one. They swallowed you all up.
ReplyDeleteYour walk sounded hard but I think you must be very fit. A wild animal chase? Sounds cool. See ya buddy.
No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
I will never forget the day momma and Pea got totally lost at that Callahan State Park. Momma finally gave up and let Pea take the lead and he guided her to safety. Sheesh. Sad is the day when the humans rely on labradoinks for leadership.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,
Mango
Love your photos and it looks like you had a great adventure. Shawnee and you both have great places to go hike and play. Lucky pups! : )
ReplyDeleteA mountain climbing dog added to your resume i do not see any other dogs??
ReplyDeleteHey Norwood!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a great hike! Love that marker at the top. The fishbowl thingy is a little unusual, but you still look great...of course! BOL

Hey Norwood, Looks like a great hike/adventure. We couldn't see Boston either BUT we liked the fishbowl look. Interesting BUT we know you are not a fish - a little froggy maybe...

Bubble boy - ha, now there's a good nickname for you. Wish we could get the Momster to take us hiking - looks like so much fun. Of course, we would never get the thrill of being off a string, but we bet it is exciting.
ReplyDeleteWoos ~ Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
Hi Norwood - I like your fisheye look, buddy!
ReplyDeleteStewey
That's why we love hiking, too! There's nothing like the views we see out on the trails!
ReplyDeleteBunny
Sounds like a real funballs kinda day-especially the gettin' lost and watchin' Mom freak out part. I was really expectin' you to break out in song: "The hills are alive with the sound of Norrrrr...dude"
