no fair

hi every bloggie!

Don't worry, I won't bore you with another post about grad skool. I just wanna tell you something. Saturday I went to skool as normal. See me to the right... I'm sitting and staying and paying full attention. That deserves an A+.

As normal.... the Mango ( ahem right behind me) got exhausted from the lessons.
I mean really... he did laid down most of the time! I certainly hope THAT behavior doesn't get a passing grade. No Fair. Look at him. He was a huge safety hazard not to mention the slobbery slippery spots left in his path.
Being good for an hour really gets to me so after class, I had to unwind. I went to Lake Boon for a swim.

Ahh and then I looked into the sky. Huh? Seems my gal pal Miss Fluffy Tail herself Khyra was sending me some floof!
The weatherman didn't forecast it this morning. What a nice surprise. And since it was a beautiful day, mom decided to stop at a Harvest Craft Fair.
Yep, fall in New England... nothing better. I thought you'd enjoy the scene.
Patriots!
Okay- get this, mom didn't want me jumping on the vendor tables, so I waited in the car. Boring.. no fair... I mean really no fair for me- sigh. Meanwhile she perused the tents. Ooo I wish she would've bought this fun picture of anipals enjoying dinnah.
Then there was a vendor selling cow bells. All sizes!
And dinner bells....or should I say service bells.... ringing ding ding! Service please! I could really use one of these!
Mom thought about it.. getting me a new bell. But it stopped there.
Seems she feels I have my own service bell already- no fair! Ringy ding dinging... time to go outside!

Well... Mango sure knows how to have a relaxing time... even at skool!
Glad you had a nice splashing time... and then a nice roaching on the dirt!
Your Mom saw great things there!

  3. I would not have been able to pass up those bells! I can't believe all you got to do was sit in the car after all that patient waiting you did! Sheesh!

  9. We did tell you about buying a bell years ago for Natasha to ring when she wanted to go outside. All she had to do was go slap the bell hanging off the back doorknob, and we would come scratch her ears, and let her out. A few practices and she would ring the bell every time - she wanted her ears scratched. Ring. Scratch ears. Open door. She would look at you funny and go curl up on the couch.

  12. who are you boring with your skhool posts? Not me! I like to see you forced to do homework and study hard and get some learnin's in. and to do it with the RH, oh man, you lucky devil. I mean, he's the perfect scape-dog for all those pranks all the other doggies pull in class... "Mango did it! look how big he is, he must have done it!"

you and funballs. taunting us with them. what that roll over thingie you did in the leaves? WTF was that?

  13. I'm wondering if you're going to get a PhDog from your grad school. Imagine that: Norwood Ph.Dog.!

That Mango, sleeping during class. He's not getting a Ph.Dog. :)

I answered your coyote question over at my blog in the comments section. One thing that I forgot to say is that Eastern Coyotes are actually a different species from our western coyotes. They're bigger because they interbred with wolves in Canada during their migration to the east. However, I haven't heard that they're any more aggressive or scary than our coyotes.

  14. That was nice of Khyra to send those pretty clouds your way. No fair about Mango. And here I thought you were the one getting off easy in that video of Mango doing agility. You didn't tell me that he just sleeps through class!! I am SO SO SOOOO sorry! :) BTW, your Heeler friend is starting to feel lots better, thanks for sending your well wishes her way! I will never doubt you again, Nordude!

  17. I'm sorry you didn't actually get to GO to the fair but it sure looks like it was a super terrific day anyway. But if I was you, I woulda made your mom go back and buy that painting - you know, to make up for not taking you to the fair.

  18. Do you wear your bell at night? Wow! I sure hope not. Ringy ding ding, grouchy mom for sure.

That lake boon place is your private playland. Awesome.

I can't believe momma signed me up for CGC training which means now I have to go to skool in the dark when she is all crabby from the work place. Ish.

  19. I have to agree, Norwood, fall in New England is the best season anywhere. The less said about the season that follows it, the better.
