norwood- top chef edition

hi every bloggie!

I am back and ready to catch up with my bloggie pals. Awhile back, my friend Africa asked me to post some of my favorite things. Well one of my favorite things to do is cook. Yep... moi is a top chef. Archie is not the only chef in town. Today I will be preparing for you my favorite breakfast recipe... Garlic Jammin Salmon on a bed of sliced bananas with carrot dessert.
Okay let's get started. First put the dinnerware in place. Make sure it's clean. I prefer my dishes to be fit for a king.
Next gather the ingredients. Olive oil, garlic, jammin' salmon and one banana.
Pour in the olive oil.. keeps the skin and coat healthy.
Then add 1 tsp of minced garlic. Not only yummers but keeps the bugs away. Believe it or not, I still get kisses from the ladies too.
Then open up the protein. Yep Jammin' Salmon- add 1/2 cup.

Make sure you stir it in well with the garlic. I'm getting hungary already. I wish I could make a scratch and sniff post for you.
Now it's time for the banana. We are adding a 1/2 of the banana.. sliced. Watch your paws please. No injures.. Oh you ask why add bananas.. such an odd flavor profile. Well mom says it helps keep my poopies firm. I happen to love the taste and added texture. Psst.. plus that's a more appropriate answer for a cooking show.
Mix with both paws. Don't worry.. I washed my paws off in the pond before I started cooking.
Time to wait... admire the feast and .....
Chow Down! Look I even make googlie eyes during my feasting.
An aerial view...
And every good, I should say TOP chef cleans his own dishes.
Move over Bobby Flay, Tom Collichio, and Morimoto.. there is a new chef in town!

C'est fini! Bon Appetite!

  4. Norwood you are an excellent chef. Those other pups better beware..
Louie never goes diving after the stick like the Blueman or Callie. He waits on shore with mom and wades in while we are fighting over it and snatches it away. Thus only his undercarriage gets wet..

  5. WOW Norwood - we didn't know you were such a top chef. It sounded yummy. Think we may have to have mom try something like that. It is a lot more gourmet than what we usually get.

  6. LOL! See I knew you would have some hilarious response. That was fabulous Norwood. You are one special dog that can do so many things. I am pondering what dog breath must be like with garlic added to it. It is great for your heart I bet, but not for the frogs and friends!Does your mom watch Top Chef? I love that show. You must watch it as well to be so good. Thanks for playing! That was so wonderful!

  13. We could have our momma cook that up fur the doggies 'round here but the banana would have to go. I think she tried that once and it ended up smashed on the carpet☺
