hi every bloggie!
Happy eYewatch Friday! This week the weather has been crazy.. 40s and sun, then blasting snow, then torrential rains and flooding and back to snow. That's New England for ya! So to start I thought I'd show you some New England fashions for this type of weather. It starts with your car.
You must decorate and leave messages on it when it snows. Tula left this one for me... GB (aka that's me goofball) and she drew me a frog head. Ribbet! See fun and fancy.
And since it's dark 99% of the day, I always wear my trusty reflector vest. We all know about my bell... yep quite handy in the winter too. Mom can hear me if I get out of sight...chasing and tracking norwoods- ha.. i love tracking my own scented snow tracks!
Then of course my mittens are a must in super cold and snowy conditions. Gotta keep away those evil iceballs.
You are quite stylish in your boots and vest, but night retrieving is just not my cup of tea. Fortunately we have lights in the yard for such things.
ReplyDeleteHa! My momma edits herself out too sometimes, especially when she is all sniffing in the cold weather.
What will today bring? Rain? Snow? Who knows.
Kisses,
Dexter
Hey Norwood, that's some adventurous Mom you've got there! No matter what...rain, sleet, snow or ice, you get to go out for a walk! That's
ReplyDeletededication! "Adventurous: inclined or willing to engage in adventures. Full of risk; requiring courage; hazardous." That's you & your Mom...for sure!
Happy Eyewatch Dude!
love ya,
Bruce the cat:)
Shucks! A video just for Stumpy. We will cherish it forever!
ReplyDeleteYou can keep that snow and your wild weather. We'll take dirtville (October through June)
So just like the postal service, you hit the road in all sorts of weather. Mom says she may just have to put a bell on the peanut here so she can find her in the yard when it is dark. She loves to hide in the bushes from us, her big brothers.
ReplyDeleteYou look quite dapper in your boots and vest and Mom is quite ready to meet the challenge of the N.E. crazy weather.
Happy Friday, Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
Love the Cracker Crazed EyeWatch pic.. I'm just sayin'.

ReplyDeleteyou make quite a fashion statement Norwood and what time was that walk. I'm proud of you and Mommy getting up so early to walk..freezing me to death but I'm proud. None of my pets get up - only me.

EYe watch woo too, almost every day :) You were a bit hard on your momma today. She looks adorable. I wish mine would pose for nice photos like that, but I'm working on it. She won't narrate either...M's sometimes need a little nudge.
ReplyDeleteTwink!
I don't think your mom will like being called the uni-bomber... just a thought
ReplyDeleteIt is pretty dark out there Norwood. Sure glad the Blueman can hear you. The Red's would have to sniff you out..
ReplyDeleteCome on over anytime Norwood. I am sure we could give those Red's a run for their money...
Big Sloppy Kisses

It has been crazy weather out there hasn't it! But I am not sure if I would pick crazy or our constant cold with no melting snow - I really hate snow but that crazy weather sounds, well, crazy!
ReplyDeleteWe hope you have a nice, non-crazy weather weekend!
Crikey that was scary. The dark not your Mom.I could hear you ding-a-linging in the dark Norwood. Suprised it was you though and not Santa. I've been really good all week. Honest.
ReplyDeleteWiry liar Eric xxx
Gosh, Norwood! Your mom does resemble the drawing of the unibomber all dressed up in her winterwear! Now that's pretty scary!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,

Hmm, as long as your mom isn't writing anti-technology screeds in a backwoods shack, I think you're safe ...
ReplyDeleteVery styling! We are impressed. Funny, our hu-dad always edits out of our videos the moments where he does the human stumble.
