Her name is Lacey. She's a Tennessee rescue dog too. Wowwee Zowwwee. She's just my size and those ears. Long, upright but floppy. Who can resist?
My camp staff said we're partners- playing bitey face and chase me all day!
And.. she made camper of the week! I'm glad we're BDFs! Yep- we are only BDFS - I'm not even 2 yet- too young for love... .I think. The staff suggest it's something more. Well.. it is spring. Love is in the air.
Name: Lacey
From: Marlborough, MA
Breed: Doberman/Shepherd
Age: 6 months
My Story: We adopted Lacey in February 2009 when she was about 4-5 mo. old. She's from Tennessee. She's the smartest most loving puppy I've ever known. She loves to be under your feet when you are cooking or curling up on the couch with you watching TV. She just LOVES her days at Best Friends in Sudbury, MA! Lacey is best identified by her big ears that usually stand tall.

Hello Norwood,
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you have a new BDF! Lacey is a pretty girl, and we know she must be smart, after all, if she can't keep her eyes off of you, well she knows how to pick them, picking you for a BDF just proves how smart she is.
PS... thanks for checking in on me. I was very busy the last few days, at a dog show, but don't be jealous now, I told everyone there, my heart belongs to you;)
Belly rubs and blowing kisses on that fuzzy little belly of yours, coming your way:))

Hello Lacey, congratulations, Norwood!
ReplyDeleteYour BDF is adorable, her wagging tail shows that she is excited in the class.
Both of you are lovely, life is beautiful, isn't it?
What a studly guy you are. She is pretty and I can see she really has you in her sights. Good to have a BDF in class.

You sure know how to pick 'em Norwood...who could resist those ears? And that tail-wag will come in handy this summer when you need a breeze to cool off... I am going to give her a little bit of credit for picking you, not too much though, since that's a no-brainer.
ReplyDeleteVery cool that your bestest buddy goes to your day camp. My best bud, Sophie, is up in farrr N.Idaho and I miss her something fierce.
