2nd Hand Treats are Fun to EAt

Everyday I go for a walk around the local high school.  The river trail is there, the ponds, and best of all- the baseball fields.  I just love running thru the baseball fields- catching- ahem more like chasing my green ball as it flies past my lil fuzzy head.  Sometimes Mr. Bizerko appears and runs aimlessly in a fit of rage.

But.. the other reason I like the baseball fields is teenagers. Teens leave all kinds of good things around.  Here I am.. in full mr. scavenger mode.  Sniff sniff sniffee sniff.
Ahh ahh. Nose and eyes on the prize.  Going in for it. Making my move.
Yep My Favorite!  Chewed Bubblegum!  Then I hear a loud blasting sound "LEAVE IT! LEAVE IT!"
I asked Why Why would I leave it and this was mom's reply.
I, personally, think that could be fun!!! I think I could blow a really big bubble. As big as my head!  Then I could be on David Letterman-stupid dog tricks episode and be star! But stardom will have to wait.

And I will leave you with a joke (in honor of my favorite akitas-my cuz Tula and the bubblegum akitas -Maika & Dakotah)

Why did the bubblegum cross the road?
Because it was stuck to the chicken's foot!

HEE HEE Toodeeloo!

  12. Ah, Nowood! Do listen to mom and avoid chewed up gum. Also avoid Redneck Beer and anything covered in cloth (i.e., the couch) in your mom's house.

  14. You are just toooooo funny, Norwood! If that gum was Doublebubble, you might blow a bubble big enough to float you away! Good thing you didn't eat it!

  17. We find all sorts of yummers leftovers along Rt. 30 (along with other assorted items such as used diapers, panties, socks, booze bottles, and whatever). Of course we also get a ton of roadkill jerky, but I am never allowed to eat any of it.

    Kisses,
    Dexter
