So I had to hit a trail that had swimming.

fall foliage reflection

Yeppers we went to the Hop Brook Marsh Conservation Land
which is also connected to the Sudbury Memorial Forest trail
See leaf peepers! Pops of colorful fall foliage!

woo might remember I've been here a few times.
And the trail goes along an abandoned railroad track.

norwood on the right track

To get to part of the trail, woo have to walk on the
scary see-thru railroad track bridge.
Underneath is the river. Woo can see thru the tracks.
Ready.... eeeeee oouwzer!

Then woo have to go thru froggerville marsh land. That's my favorite part. Here's me with fun aunt dee.

Tula doesn't go on the trails
so FAD goes with us. Some day Tula.
See how pretty it is....

autumn brings out my best side

Okay peepers.. pack'em up until next time.

  1. What beautiful pictures! I like the last one the best - the colors are amazing and that is one handsome Norwood ;)

  2. You had a beautiful fall hike! I think it's officially too cold here to get in the water until next year, though. You have some amazing color there!

  3. Nice job getting over that bridge. I suspect it is not a TM appropriate kind of structure. No Way! Pea is all cracker over long walkies during this weather as well. Me? I am enjoying the combined pleasure of a good bake AND a nommy bone. Life is good.

  4. Thanks for sharing your leaf peepin, Norwood! We miss the fall fun (not the winter!)

  5. Lovely pictures. Looks a bit warmer that here as well :-)

  6. What a fun walk and SWIM! Gorgeous pics and cool videos, Norwood!

    The Road Dogs

  7. Your autumn colors are just gorgeous, Norwood! We sure wish we could be off-leash like you are!

    Love ya lots
    Maggie and Mitch

  8. Hey Norwood!
Wow, what a pawesome place for a walkie and swimmie! That RR bridge is cool and your pool is beautiful. Nice bandana. I gotta know: Do you really catch snakes?!?!? Seriously, I gotta hear about that!!!!
    Grr and Woof,
    Sarge, COP

  9. What a great place to cool down after it got so hot last week!

  10. see snakes? Eww!

Good thing you know where to walk on that board and don't fall through.

Like your new Halloween bandanna. :)

  11. what a beautiful hike and swim
    Benny & Lily

  12. Our Dad was in MA last weekend and he told us how warm it was. He was in Western MA and said the colors weren't that great yet. You sure have some beautiful ones there.

Hope to see Tula along with you soon. You two make a great team.

Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning

  13. Wow, You too are very adventurous, Your place was so beautiful and very relaxing! I want to swim in the lake too!

  14. Those stick fishes are feisty ones! :D

Looks like a lot of pawsome fun!

  15. Hi Norwood, what a great walk. Lots of pretty leaves. Mum being the big scardy cat she is didn't like the idea of walking over the traintrack over the river. We love the bandana too, handsome. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory

  16. Fall colours are most beautiful your side of the world Nordude... love the last picture a lots :) Urmm... you do swim like them fishies.. hehhehehehee

  17. Beautiful fall photos, and a handsome boy as always.

  18. I love watchin' as you enjoy the Fallballs. This time of year is perfect in my book, not too hotballs like summer can be but still warm enough to take a dip. Mom thinks you swim silly 'cuz you got your tail outta the water. It's got me wonderin' too how you make such nice tight turns if'n you don't use your tail as a rudder and instead use it like a flag.

Every time I see the cool trailballs you got in Master Chew Sits, I wish it was a whole lot closer so's we could investigate them together.

    Woofs and trailin' slobbers,
    Chester ;0=)
