Today was the most perfect day for a run. Get your shoes on and let's go! The movie is about 3:30.. hope it's not too long for you. We do take a break for you to catch your breath.

It is so PRETTY where you live Norwood! Your Mom & very talented at taking a photo while running. Is that a new app on iphone..ha ha! Is the water getting a little chilly yet? What happens to the frogs when it gets cold? Do they all hop on down to Florida? You'll have to do a question and answer post next for us Floridians who don't get to experience climate change. Looks like the trees are ramping up their fall color display! Pictures like these make me miss the Northeast, at least until the snow starts.
